Bluetooth Configuration Guide for my UpTime
my UpTime can connect to your standing desk via Bluetooth to automatically raise and lower it based on your standing/sitting schedule. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up and configuring the Bluetooth connection between my UpTime and your standing desk.
Before you begin, ensure you have:

Some standing desks may require a separate Bluetooth adapter module to be purchased and installed. Check with your desk manufacturer if you're unsure whether your desk has Bluetooth capability.
Once enabled, additional configuration options will appear.
The Desk Bluetooth Device ID is a unique identifier for your desk's Bluetooth adapter, typically in the format: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
my UpTime uses your desk's preset positions to ensure consistent heights:

Before using my UpTime's automatic control, program your desk's presets using your desk's control panel. Refer to your desk's manual for instructions on setting presets.
Once you've entered your Desk Bluetooth ID:

my UpTime supports various standing desk manufacturers. The app automatically configures the correct Bluetooth protocols for each. If your manufacturer isn't listed, try selecting "UPLIFT" as many desks use similar protocols.
